At Kaftko, we want you to feel as bold and comfortable as our prints. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your Kaftko pieces.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
